"The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too. "

"Clean, convenient and within walking distance to the airport. No frills place but perfect for early morning flights. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"It’s so hard to rate this property. The staff were fantastic, in particular Marcello on reception. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. A shower over the bath just doesn’t cut it these days. The area around the hotel is very dirty and seems unsafe, but I wasn’t harassed at all. There are lots of police and soldiers in and around the station. Overall, I’d go back again but some people may need to be wary of the location."

"This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. Quite a few good restaurants are in the same neighborhood of the hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly. "

"Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. Will definitely be back to Naples and will definitely consider staying again!"
